Baking Instructions
To bake the potato pie, first preheat the oven to 425°F. Roll out the crust into a circle about 1⁄16" thick and place it in a 9” pie pan. In a saucepan, combine the mashed potatoes, creamy potato soup mix, and water. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
Pour the potato filling into the prepared pie crust and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving. This delicious potato pie is perfect for a cozy family dinner or potluck gathering.
