Vanilla Banana Crunch Pie


9” Pie Pan



  • 1 Pouch Vanilla Pudding mix
  • 2 ½ cups Water


Preheat the oven to 425°F. In a small bowl, combine pancake mix, honey powder, ground banana (reserving 1 tablespoon ground banana for topping), and water. Dough will be dry. Press crust mixture into a lightly greased pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. In a separate bowl, combine vanilla pudding mix with water, stir until thickened. Pour pudding into a pie shell and sprinkle with remaining ground bananas. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until filling is firm.
