Oatmeal Bread

Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.Add bread mix, milk, egg, honey powder and oats and knead until dough is smooth and elastic. If using an electric mixer with dough hook, mix on 2nd speed for 10 to 20 minutes or to full development. Cover with towel, let rest for 15 minutes. Place dough in a large, well-greased bread pan. Cover, let rise until dough is approximately 1 inch above the top of the pan, about 30 to 40 minutes. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
