For more uniform texture combine in a blender and puree. Form two, 3-inch diameter balls, flatten into patties.
Cook in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Serve on hamburger buns (see recipe page 43).
