In a medium sized skillet, heat 2-inches of oil to 350°F.
Prepare chicken nuggets by combining chicken, egg, flour, and bouillon.
Mix well. For a more uniform texture, combine ingredients in a blender and puree.
Form 1-inch diameter balls, flatten into a nugget shape. Ina separate bowl, combine pancake mix with water.
Gently dip each nugget into pancake batter. Fry until golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes.
