Ingredients:

• 1⁄2 cup Augason Farms Vegetarian Meat Substitute Beef
• 1 cup water
• 3 tablespoons Augason Farms Potato Gems 
• Garlic salt - optional

Instructions:

Boil water. Add beef; allow hydrating for 20 minutes. Drain if needed. Add potato gems to beef. Mix completely. Form patties and cook in oiled skillet for 15 minutes turning once.
