Chicken & Waffles
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Augason Farms Bakery Sugar White
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon iodized Salt
- 1 cup Augason Farms Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup Augason Farms Chicken Flavored Vegetarian Meat Substitute, rehydrated
Combine ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat until sugars are dissolved.
Preheat oiled waffle iron. In a medium bowl, combine pancake mix, water, oil and chicken. Adjust water to reach desired consistency.Cook waffles until steaming stops. Serve with syrup. Makes 3 waffles.
