Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Grease the bottom of an 8”x8” baking dish.
In medium saucepan, combine fruit, sugar and water.
Cook on medium-high heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, set aside. In a medium bowl, combine pancake mix and sugar.
Add melted butter. Stir until well blended (about 50 strokes).
Divide streusel dough in half.
Evenly press half of the streusel on the bottom of the baking dish.
Spread fruit filling over the streusel.
Spoon dollops of remaining streusel dough over fruit.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
