Preheat the oven to 375°F.
To prepare filling, combine ingredients in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium and simmer 3 to 5 minutes, until thickened.
Set aside and let cool. In a large bowl, mix together all tart ingredients, stir until dough forms.
On a floured surface, roll dough to 1/4-inch thick square.
Cut into four smaller squares.
Place 2 large spoonfuls of fruit filling on each square and fold dough over filling, seal edges with fork. Optional: brush tart with egg wash.
With a knife, make 3 1-inch slits across top of each tart.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare glaze by stirring together glaze ingredients until smooth.
Drizzle over cooled tarts. *Can be frozen and reheated in the oven for a quick breakfast.
