Reheat the oven to 375°F. To prepare the crust, combine pancake mix and Morning Moo’s® milk powder in a medium bowl. Cut in softened butter, do not blend together completely. Press dough into the bottom of an 8”x8” baking dish. In a small bowl, combine fruit, sugar and cinnamon. Spoon fruit over crust. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 6 to 9.
