Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Augason Farms Bakery Sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups Augason Farms Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs followed by pancake mix. Beat mixture until well incorporated. Drop by tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 24 cookies.
