Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth.
Mix in eggs followed by pancake mix.
Beat mixture until well incorporated.
Drop by tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
