Beef Patty with Gravy

Instructions:

Boil 1 cup water. Add beef and allow to hydrate for 20 minutes. Drain if needed. Add 3 tablespoons of potato gems to beef. Mix completely. Form patties and cook in oiled skillet for 15 minutes, turning once. Stir soup into 1 cup water and cook for 15 minutes until thickened. Serve over beef patty.
