Mashed Potatoes & Gravy

Gravy:
- Beef flavored onion soup mix
- Water
Instructions:
Heat water to near boil, remove from heat and stir in potato flakes. In a small saucepan, combine soup mix with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and continue cooking for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve gravy over mashed potatoes.
