Combine pancake mix with water and knead until a dough forms.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes. On a lightly floured surface (use additional pancake mix), roll dough into a rectangle about 1⁄16" thick.
Cut dough into strips about 1⁄2" wide and 1" long. Cover and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine black bean burger mix with warm water.
Let sit for 5 minutes. Crumble the rehydrated black bean burger mixture into a lightly oiled skillet, cook over medium heat until cooked through, about 3 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine beef flavored soup mix with water. Add black bean burger crumbles.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes, until thickened.
In a separate saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to boil.
Drop noodles into water and cook for 4 to 5 minutes and drain.
Top noodles with bean burger gravy and serve.
