Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a medium bowl, combine pancake mix, sugar and water. Stir just until blended. Use a large spoon to drop 6 heaping spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve with fruit preserves and Spiff-E-Whip Dessert Topping. Makes 6 biscuits.
