Rolled Biscuits

Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, mix pancake mix, butter and water until dough forms. On a lightly floured surface, knead dough 15 to 30 seconds (about 10 times). Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with a floured 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 10 biscuits.
