Shake the pouch well.
Whisk mushroom rice into cold water, bring to a boil, cover, and cook for 20 minutes. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add stew blend to cold water. Slowly bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Preheat approximately 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet.
Place prepared mushroom rice pilaf in a pan and stir.
Sprinkle with soup mix and stir.
Add prepared vegetable stew blend and continue stirring for about 6 to 7 minutes or until rice starts to become golden brown.
