In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Slowly add creamy wheat and remaining ingredients. Return to a boil, reduce heat to low.
Continue cooking 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.
Allow mixture to cool. Press cooled creamy wheat mixture into a greased 8”x8” baking dish.
Allow to set for 1 hour. Cut into 12 bars and remove from the baking dish.
In a medium skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry each creamy wheat bar until browned, about 2 minutes perside.
