Hearty Vegetable Rice

Ingredients:

Rice & Vegetables:

Black Bean Burger Crumbles:


Instructions:

In a separate bowl, combine black bean burger mix with warm water, let sit for 5 minutes. Crumble rehydrated black bean burger mixture into a heated, lightly oiled skillet. Cook 5 to 6 minutes or until browned, turning frequently. Combine rice, vegetable mix, and black bean burger crumbles and serve. In a saucepan, combine rice, vegetable stew blend and cold water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium low, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
