Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 cup Augason Farms Chicken Flavored Vegetarian Meat Substitute, rehydrated

2 tablespoons Augason Farms Dehydrated Chopped Onions, rehydrated

1/3 cup Augason Farms Dehydrated Diced Carrots, rehydrated

1/2 cup Augason Farms Freeze Dried Peas, rehydrated
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 cup Augason Farms Scrambled Egg Mix, prepared
- 5 cups long grain white rice, prepared
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add chicken, onions, carrots, peas, ginger, garlic and onion powder.
Cook for 1 minute.
Slide vegetables to one side of the pan, pour egg mix onto the cleared area.
Scramble eggs then mix together with sautéed vegetables. Add rice.
Drizzle soy sauce on top of fried rice. Fry until heated through and well combined.
