Dumpling Dough:

2 tbsp Augason Farms Morning Moo’s®Low Fat Milk Alternative, dry
1 cup warm water
2 cups Augason Farms Buttermilk Pancake mix

Soup:

1 ½ cups Augason Farms Cream of Chicken Flavored Soup Mix
5 ½ cups water

Directions

Prepare Morning Moo’s®Milk by combining milk powder with warm water, mixing well.
Add pancake mix, stir. Do not over mix, the dough will be soft. Set aside.
Whisk soup mix into water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and continue cooking 5 to 10 minutes.
Drop dumpling dough by spoonful into soup. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Cover and reduce heat to low.
Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
