In a saucepan, combine rice with water.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover tightly, and continue cooking for 15 to 20 minutes.
Set aside. In a separate saucepan, combine vegetable stew blend and cream of chicken flavored soup mix with cold water.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Combine vegetable sauce with rice.
