Crumble rehydrated black bean burger mix into a lightly oiled skillet.
Cook 5 to 6 minutes or until browned, turning frequently. In a saucepan, combine soup mix, rice, and water.
Bring to a boil, add in black bean burger crumbles, reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
