- 1/2 cup brown sugar

2 cups Augason Farms Honey Wheat Bread & Roll Mix

1/4 cup Augason Farms Dehydrated Diced Carrots, rehydrated

1/2 cup Augason Farms Dehydrated Apple Slices, rehydrated

1 cup Augason Farms Rolled Quick Oats
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (or butter, melted)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Spoon batter into greased or paper lined muffin tin, filling cups about 3/4 full.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
