Preheat the oven to 450°F. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Slowly add in yeast mixture. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Dough will be sticky. Cover, let rest 1 1/2 hours at room temperature until doubled in size. Turn dough out onto a floured surface, knead 4to 5 times. Place dough on a greased baking sheet, cover and let rise additional 1 1/2 hours. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
