Ingredients

6 drop biscuits (see recipe for drop biscuits)
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground nutmeg
4 eggs
1 cup Augason Farms Bakery Sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Augason Farms Dessert Topping, optional

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Grease the inside of a 8”x8” baking dish with butter.
In a large bowl, crumble biscuits and add 1 cup milk and spices.
Allow to soak for 5 to 6 minutes.
Add eggs, sugar and vanilla, mix well.
Add remaining milk.
Pour mixture into a baking dish and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Serve with Spiff-E-Whip Dessert Topping or maple syrup.
