Ingredients:

• 4 cups Augason Farms Buttermilk Pancake Mix 
• 2 cups water
• 1/2 cup Augason Farms Beef-Flavored Vegetarian Meat Substitute 
• 2 cups Augason Farms Freeze Dried Shredded Colby Cheese, rehydrated 
• 2 cups refried beans
• 1/4 cup Augason Farms Dehydrated Chopped Onions, rehydrated 
• 2 cups shredded lettuce
• 1 tomato, dice
• Sour cream, optional
• Hot sauce, optional

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, stir together pancake mix and water until dough forms. Press dough into bottom of lightly greased 9”x13” baking pan. Cover dough with vegetarian taco meat and 1 cup cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and top with refried beans, onions, lettuce, tomato and remaining cheese. Serve with sour cream and hot sauce, optional. Serves 9 to 12.
