Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, prepare crust by mixing pancake mix and milk. Stir until well combined. Evenly press dough into bottom of greased 9”x13” baking pan. Cover with cheese and potato shreds. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes and cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly. Serves 9 to 12.
