Kettle-style Potato Chips
- Vegetable oil
- 2 cups Augason Farms Dehydrated Potato Slices, rehydrated
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, heat 2 inches of vegetable oil. Pat potato slices dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. Slowly drop potato slices into hot oil, fry until golden brown, about 1 minute. Remove from oil, drain on a paper towel, sprinkle with salt. Makes 2 cups.
