Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, combine all crust ingredients, stir until a soft dough forms.
Use lightly floured fingers to press dough firmly and evenly into a greased 9” tart pan.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
Prepare filling by combining pudding with milk and whisk until thick and smooth.
Pour pudding mixture into cooled tart shell.
Drop spoonfuls of jam on top of pudding, swirl jam using a butterknife.
Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or until set.
