4 1/2 cups Augason Farms Buttermilk Pancake Mix

1/2 cup Augason Farms Butter Powder, prepared
- 2 cups water

3 1/2 cups Augason Farms Dried Whole Egg Powder

1/4 cup Augason Farms Dehydrated Chopped Onions

1/3 cup Augason Farms Dehydrated Red & Green Bell Peppers

1/2 cup Augason Farms Freeze Dried Shredded Colby Cheese,
- 3 1/2 cups water

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Dough:
In a large bowl, stir together pancake mix, butter and water until dough forms.
On a lightly floured surface, knead dough 15 to 30 seconds, about 10 times.
Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness, cut out circles with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.
Gently press 1 dough circle into greased muffin tin cups, set aside.
Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together egg powder, onions, peppers, cheese and water.
Pour 1/3 cup filling mixture over dough in each muffin tin cup. Top each muffin tin cup with an additional dough circle.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
