Chicken Noodle Soup and Dumplings

Instructions:
Boil 2 cups of water. Add soup mix and cook for 15 minutes. In a separate bowl, whisk egg powder into 1 cup + 3 teaspoons water. Add potato gems and mix completely. Drop by tablespoons into chicken noodle soup. Baste dumplings with broth then cover and cook for 5 minutes without stirring.
