Certified gluten-free and shelf-stable, it’s ideal for everyday cooking or emergency food storage. This product is REAL Seal certified meaning it is made in the US with real cow's milk.

TO REHYDRATE:

  1. Remove oxygen absorber and discard.
  2. Cover desired amount of cheese with warm water.
  3. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drain excess water.


Refrigerate hydrated cheese as you would any dairy product. Unused freeze-dried cheese does not require refrigeration.

"Amazing value for taste and quantity"

I opened this up to test out the food before I purchased any more, and I have to say, so far I am impressed. I very much enjoyed what I have I tried so far. It seems to be pretty easy to find this for around $100 including shipping... so the price for this much food would be pretty hard to beat.

"The best buy for your money"

Don't be fooled by how many "servings" the manufacturer says it contains. A "serving" is not a MEAL. It is only a part of a meal.Most products price out at a cost per day of $5 or $6. This product prices out to cost only about $3.60 per day. Therefore, it is definitely the best buy for your money.

I wrote Augason Farms customer support and within 15 minutes they wrote back and were happy to fix a problem. I identified the bags that were breached and within a few hours - they sent proof that the bags are being shipped to my house. THAT'S customer service and I'm a loyal fan now. :-)
