INGREDIENTS: Tomato powder (tomato, less than 2% silicon dioxide).
DIRECTIONS:
Remove oxygen absorber and discard.
TOMATO SAUCE (1 cup)
Blend 1/2 cup tomato powder with 1 cup water.
TOMATO PASTE (1/2 cup)
Blend 1/2 cup tomato powder with 1/2 cup water.
Adjust water for desired consistency.
TOMATO JUICE (8 cups)
Stir 2 cups tomato powder and salt (to taste) with 8 cups water.

Sweet & Sour Sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Augason Farms Tomato Powder
- 1 16-ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 clover garlic, pressed
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- In a small saucepan mix cornstarch and water, then add remaining ingredients. Stir constantly until mixture slightly thickens, about 5 minutes.
