DIRECTIONS:

  3. 2. Add 2 cups of boiling water to hashbrown

  5. hot). Set pouch aside to allow potatoes to rehydrate for 15-20 minutes, or until potatoes are hydrated and tender.

  7. 3. Drain off any excess water, pat dry with paper towel to remove as much excess moisture as possible.

  9. 4. To a hot, nonstick skillet add 2 Tbsp of oil. Carefully pour well drained potatoes into the skillet, add salt (to taste), and cook over medium to high heat. Stirring occasionally until browned and cooked through.
