Vegetarian Hamburgers

Vegetarian Hamburgers



Prepare patties by combining beef, egg, flour and bouillon. Mix well. (For a more uniform texture, combine in a blender and puree.) Form two, 3-inch diameter balls, flatten into patties. Cook in a lightly greased skillet over medium heat, until browned, about 3 to 5 minutes per side. Serve on hamburger buns (see recipe page 43). Makes 2 hamburger patties.
