Ingredients:

• 1⁄2 cup Augason Farms Potato Gems
• 3 cups water
• 2⁄3 cup Augason Farms Southwest Chili Mix

Instructions:

Add 1 cup hot water to potato gems and stir well. In a saucepan, boil 2 cups water, stir in chili mix and boil for 15 minutes stirring constantly. Serve over potato gems.
