Pinto Bean Fudge
- 1 1/2 cups pinto beans
- 3/4 cup Augason Farms Chocolate Morning Moo’s® Low Fat Milk Powder
- 2/3 cup Augason Farms Butter Powder, prepared, melted
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup nuts, optional
In large bowl, mash beans until smooth. Add milk powder, butter and vanilla, mix well. Add powdered sugar and mix until thoroughly combined. Stir in nuts. Spread mixture into a greased 9”x13” baking dish. Refrigerate until firm. Makes 18 to 24 pieces.
