Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, peanut butter, honey and vanilla. Fold in apples and chocolate chips and/or nuts, if desired.Slowly add milk 1 tablespoon at a time. Form dough into balls. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Makes 24 energy balls.
