Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Dissolve yeast in water.
Add oil, bread mix and salt, knead until dough is smooth and elastic. (*if using an electric mixer with a dough hook, mix on 2nd speed for 10 to 20 minutes or to full development).
Place the towel over the dough, let rest 15 minutes.
Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Form each piece into a narrow rope, shaping as desired.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter, season with parmesan cheese, garlic salt and oregano.
Cover and let rise until the dough has doubled in size. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
