- 1 cup Augason Farms Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 1 cup Augason Farms Morning Moo's® Lowfat Milk Alternative
- 2 1/2 tablespoon Augason Farms Whole Egg Powder, prepared, or 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Augason Farms White Bakery Sugar
In large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly coat with oil. Scoop 3 tablespoons of batter into pan. Swirl pan to spread batter as thin as possible making a circle about 6 inches wide. Cook 1 to 2 minutes per side. Enjoy as is or serve wrapped with sweet or savory fillings. Makes 10 crepes.
