Egg Mixture:


Preheat oven to 400°F. In large bowl, stir together dough ingredients until dough forms. On lightly floured surface, knead dough 15 to 30 seconds, about 10 times. Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with floured 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter. Gently press 1 dough circle into each greased muffin cup, set aside. To prepare filling, use large bowl, whisk together all filling ingredients. Pour 1/3 cup of filling mixture into each cup. Top with remaining dough pieces. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 12
