4 1/2 cups Augason Farms Buttermilk Pancake Mix

1/2 cup Augason Farms Butter Powder, prepared and softened
- 2 cups water

3 1/2 cups Augason Farms Dried Whole Egg Powder

1/4 cup Augason Farms Dehydrated Chopped Onions

1/3 cup Augason Farms Dehydrated Red & Green Peppers

1/2 cup Augason Farms Freeze Dried Colby Cheese, rehydrated
- 3 1/2 cups water

Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In large bowl, stir together dough ingredients until dough forms.
On lightly floured surface, knead dough 15 to 30 seconds, about 10 times.
Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with floured 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter.
Gently press 1 dough circle into each greased muffin cup, set aside.
To prepare filling, use large bowl, whisk together all filling ingredients.
Pour 1/3 cup of filling mixture into each cup. Top with remaining dough pieces. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
