Ingredients: 1⁄2 cup Augason Farms Potato Gems 2 cups water, divided 2⁄3 cup Augason Farms Southwest Chili Mix 2 tablespoons Augason Farms Vegetarian Meat Substitute Beef Instructions: Add 1 cup hot water to potato gems and stir well. In a saucepan, boil 2 cups of water, stir in chili mix and boil for 15 minutes stirring constantly. Serve over potato gems.
