- 1⁄2 cup Augason Farms Vegetarian Meat Substitute Beef
- 1 cup hot water
- 3 tablespoons Augason Farms Cheesy Broccoli Soup Mix
- 3 tablespoons Augason Farms Potato Gems
- 1⁄2 tablespoon Augason Farms Dried Whole Eggs, whisked into 1 tablespoon of water
- Garlic salt - optional
Rehydrate beef and soup in water for 20 minutes. Drain. Add potato gems, reconstituted whole eggs to beef. Mix completely. Form into meatballs and cook in an oiled skillet for 15 minutes.
