Beanball Soup

Ingredients:

Beanballs:

Soup: 


Instructions:

Rehydrate black bean burger mix with water, let sit for 5 minutes. Form into 1" balls. Heat oiled skillet over medium heat, cook about 4 minutes per side. Set aside. Whisk soup mix into boiling water. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Add beanballs to soup and serve.
