[Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Cheese Cultures,
Enzymes], Natural Flavors, Lactic Acid, Citric
Acid, Disodium Inosinate And Disodium
Guanylate, Yellow 5, Yellow 6), Whey (from
milk), Cornstarch, Salt, Sugar, Lactic Acid
Powder (Lactic Acid, Calcium Lactate with less
than 2% Silicone Dioxide)

DIRECTIONS:
For Cheese Sauce, gradually combine 1/2 Cheese Blend Powder with 1 cup hot water, blend well. For cheese spread, reduce the hot water to 1/2 cup.

Macaroni & Cheese

  • 3 cups Augason Farms Elbow macaroni, prepared
  • 1/2 cup Augason Farms Cheese Blend Powder
    1/4 cup Augason Farms Butter Powder
    1/4 cup hot water
  • 6 tablespoons Augason Farms Morning Moo's Lowfat Milk Alternative, prepared

Cook and drain macaroni. In separate bowl, mix cheese powder and butter powder with 1/4 cup hot water, stir until smooth. Add prepared milk and cooked macaroni, stir until well coated.
