Ingredients:

• 4 cups Augason Farms Buttermilk Pancake Mix 
• 1 1/2 cup diced pears
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup Augason Farms Bakery Sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional
• Augason Farms Spiff-E-Whip Dessert Topping, optional 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, gently combine all ingredients except Spiff-E-Whip with large spoon. Do not whisk or use electric mixer. Pour batter into greased 9”x13” baking pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Allow cake to cool. Serve with a dollop of Spiff-E-Whip Dessert Topping. Serves 9 to 12.
