- 1/2 cup Augason Farms Creamy Potato Soup Mix
- 1/2 cup Augason Farms Dehydrated Potato Flakes
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups Augason Farms Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 1/2 cup water
Prepare filling by combining filling ingredients in a medium saucepan. Simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. In a mixing bowl, stir pancake mix and water until dough forms. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and knead dough 15 to 30 seconds, about 10 times. Roll dough to 1/8 inch thick. Cut with a floured 1 1/2-inch biscuit cutter. Spoon1 tablespoon of filling onto each circle. Fold in half, pinching edges to seal. Cook in a greased skillet until golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Makes 12 pierogi.
