3 cups hot water
1 cup Augason Farms Morning Moo’s® Low Fat Milk Alternative
1/4 cup Augason Farms White Granulated Sugar
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes
1/2 cup rock salt
Gallon-sized freezer bag
Pint-sized freezer bag

Directions

In a pint-size freezer bag, combine water, milk, sugar and vanilla. Seal tightly.
Fill a gallon-size freezer bag halfway with ice cubes, sprinkle salt over ice.
Insert a smaller bag of ice cream mixture into the larger bag of ice and seal tightly.
Shake bag for 10 to 15 minutes until the ice cream mixture sets.
