French Toast Protein Sandwich
- 1⁄2 cup Augason Farms Dried Whole Eggs mixed with 1⁄2 cup warm water
- 2 biscuits - prepared from Augason Farms Buttermilk Pancake Mix (recipe included)
- 1 teaspoon Augason Farms Vegetarian Meat Substitute Bacon Bits
- 1⁄4 cup maple syrup
Stir bacon bits into egg mixture and cook in oiled frying pan over medium low heat. Toast biscuits then put cooked egg mix on top of biscuits. Pour maple syrup over the sandwich and enjoy.
